Our Fees

At Peace by Piece Counselling, I believe in providing transparent and accessible pricing for the services I offer.
My session rates following my registration will be as follows:

Individuals: $150 per 50 minute session

Family $175 per 50 minute session
Extended sessions are available upon request.​

I understand that you may have questions before committing. To make it easier for you to decide if we’re the right fit, I offer a free 15-minute consultation call.
This no-pressure conversation is an opportunity for us to connect, discuss your current challenges, and explore how I can support you in your healing journey. During the call, you can ask any questions about the counselling process, my approach, and what to expect in our sessions.

Payment options
I strive to offer convenient payment options for your counselling sessions. I accept the following forms of payment:

Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

E-transfer

Cash and cheque
Payment is due at the time of service. I will provide a receipt for each session for your records.

For e-transfer, payments must be sent prior to the scheduled appointment time. We kindly ask that you contact us before your appointment to arrange the details, please email us at . Receipts will be provided upon payment.
Please note that full payment is required upon completing your session and prior to scheduling another session.​

I can provide you with a receipt for counselling services. I am not directly affiliated with any insurance companies, but many plans do cover therapy with a registered counsellor.
I can offer direct billing with some companies - please reach out if you would like to confirm coverage.

Insurance Payment options
Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment disrupts the therapist's schedule and denies another patient the opportunity to receive care.
Sessions with less than 48-hours notice are subject to be billed at half of the session fee; sessions with less than 24-hours notice or missed appointments are charged at the full session fee.

There is no penalty for changing an in-person session to a virtual session, even at the last minute.
